My client is a leading online travel agency specialising in fare comparisons, airline bookings and many other amazing features. This role will see you part of a global Recruitment team and will ulitmaitely see you manage up to 15 Recruiters across 4-5 locations.

Within this extremely important position for the business, you will be handling daily changes, be proactive within the business analysing and identifying needs before they become urgent. Your team will cover full cycle 360 recruitment across various sectors including Automation, IT, Engineering, amongst various others.

To provide an end-to-end global recruitment service to the Company.
To work alongside the Board in creating global recruitment plans and strategy.
To use a proactive approach/creative idea to recruitment.
To create and maintain a preferred suppliers list of external recruitment agencies, building relationships to get maximum service and cost effective rates.
To have good working knowledge of International recruitment (Europe, North America and Asia) to attract the best caliber of candidates.
To identify candidate who will be fit with the Company’s brand values and make sure they are adapted to fit to the different cultures within the offices worldwide.
To establish suitable benchmarks to ensure global compensation rates are attractive and competitive.
To provide recruitment counsel, guidance and feedback on candidates to all hiring managers.
To coach and train line managers in recruitment and selection as well as advising on best practice.
To build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
Value add projects – to support the Board in identifying and delivering projects to add value across the business.

Nõudmised kandidaadile

  • Proven experience in managing Recruitment functions across multiple locations (essential) from a BPO/Shared Services background, ideally in IT/Tech industry.
    Have and be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder/C level executive relationship building skills.
    Demonstrable experience in working with ramp ups/scaling up projects across various countries/locations.
    Excellent English language skills (both written & spoken), additional languages will be an advantage.
    Passionate about team development, performance management, process improvement.
    Please note full eligibility to work unrestricted in Czech Republic & Europe is a must
